General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bjaee platform and all its services. bjaee is an online betting and casino platform that offers cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games, and other entertainment services to users in Bangladesh.

By visiting our website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Important Notice: bjaee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes indicates that you have accepted the updated Terms. We recommend reading this page regularly.

1.1 Definitions

"Platform" refers to the bjaee website, mobile version, and all its sub-services.
"User" / "You" refers to any person who has opened an account on the platform or is using the services.
"Account" refers to your personal gaming profile registered on bjaee.
"Wager" or "Bet" refers to money wagered for the purpose of participating in any game or sports event.
"Bonus" refers to any promotional credit or additional reward offered by bjaee.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all bjaee services — cricket betting, slots games, live casino, fishing games, and any new services launched in the future. Separate additional terms may apply to specific promotions or game categories, which will apply alongside the general Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Age Restriction: bjaee services are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. Minors have no right to open an account or use the platform. We may request identity documents at any time to verify age.

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and are legally able to participate in online gaming and betting activities.

2.2 Account Information

Each user may open only one account.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
You may not open an account using another person's name or details.
If any information changes, you must notify the bjaee support team immediately.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share this information with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

The account holder is responsible for all activity that takes place on the account. bjaee will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use by a third party, unless you notify us promptly.

2.4 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Operating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected using the same device, IP address, or payment method, bjaee reserves the right to suspend or close all such accounts, and any earned bonuses may be cancelled.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bjaee supports only mobile payment methods that are widely available and trusted in Bangladesh. The table below provides key information about payments:

3.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
bjaee reserves the right to complete additional verification procedures before processing any withdrawal.

About Rocket: Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank, and is one of the three payment methods supported on bjaee.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus after their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

৳1,000 deposited → bonus ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200
৳10,000 deposited → bonus ৳5,000 → total balance ৳15,000 (bonus capped at maximum limit)

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement for the bjaee welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

A bonus may only be claimed once.
After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
bjaee reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if promotional terms are violated.
Running multiple bonuses at the same time is prohibited unless stated otherwise.
bjaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program.

4.4 VIP Program

The bjaee VIP program has five levels. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each level:

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Promotion to higher VIP levels happens through regular and active participation. bjaee reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

Gaming Code of Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjaee platform:

Attempting to influence the outcome of a game or bet through fraud, deception, or manipulation.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
Bonus abuse — claiming extra bonuses using multiple accounts or payment methods.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
Misconduct or harassment toward other users.
Attempting to damage the platform's systems or infrastructure.

5.2 Finality of Results

Game or bet results are final and cannot be changed, unless there is evidence of a technical error. In the event of a technical malfunction, bjaee reserves the right to cancel the relevant round or session and return the deposited amount.

5.3 Sports Betting

When placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, please keep the following in mind:

Odds displayed by bjaee are variable and may change up until the event starts.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
Bets linked to match fixing or illegal activities will be cancelled.
For live betting, bjaee is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by internet delays.

Account Suspension & Closure

6.1 bjaee's Rights

In the following circumstances, bjaee may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice:

Violation of any provision of these Terms.
Registering an account with false or misleading information.
Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
Evidence of bonus abuse.
When required for regulatory or legal reasons.

6.2 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Please contact the support team to do so. Any available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, this may not apply to accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms.

6.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, bjaee may take necessary action after giving prior notice or sending a notification to the associated email address.

Privacy & Data Protection

bjaee places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

7.1 Data Collection & Use

Information provided at registration is used for account management and service improvement.
Transaction data is retained for financial security and fraud prevention.
Information may be shared with authorities when required to meet legal obligations.
Personal data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

9.2 Third-Party Services

bjaee has limited ability to guarantee the service quality of third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others) and payment providers. bjaee is not directly responsible for issues arising from the operations of these parties.

9.3 Right to Make Changes

bjaee reserves the right to change service content, game selection, odds, bonus structures, or these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be published on the platform.

Important: Online gaming and betting carry financial risk. Play within your means. There is no guarantee of recovering lost funds.

10.3 Final Decision

Decisions made by bjaee after considering all relevant information will be considered final. All matters relating to these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
